3 great recipes of homemade hair conditioner based on olive oil

Have you ever thought about using olive oil as hair conditioner? It doesn’t sound too fantastic, but olive oil is really great for your hair and scalp also. Olive oil treats the majority of hair issues: dandruff, dry hair, brittle hair and even the disgusting problem of lice.
Here are three great recipes of homemade hair conditioner based on olive oil. You can save money and also have a natural treatment for your hair after a hot and humid summer, just by using olive oil.

1.Start by heating in a pot about two tablespoons of olive oil. If your hair is brittle, breaks easily and is very dry, this problem will be solved. How? Just replace classic hair conditioner with olive oil. After heating the oil, massage your hair with it. Then tighten your hair and cover it with a towel and let the oil act for half an hour. After that, remove the towel and rinse your hair with cold water, preferably.

2. Another perfect recipe that could replace your old hair conditioner would be a combination of olive oil and lemon juice. Add a few drops of lemon juice in half a cup of olive oil. First wash your hair with your regular shampoo. Then, apply the mixture on your hair and scalp. Leave the mixture to act about five minutes and then rinse with water.

3. Last recipe of hair conditioner is one of my favorites because it combines two natural ingredients: olive oil and spring water. Don’t panic! If you don’t have a spring nearby, tap water can also be used as a replacement. But tap water should be boiled in advance. The recipe is simple. Combine a quarter of a liter of water with a quarter of a liter of oil. Massage hair with this mixture and after that squeeze it in a towel. Leave the hair conditioner on for 25 minutes. The final step is rinsing your hair with water.
